I do not want to be contacted
You can stop all contact from us at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason. The refusal applies immediately, on every channel: call, SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail.
Reply to the message
For SMS or WhatsApp, reply NU (no) or STOP. We also recognise Romanian phrases such as “nu mai doresc” (I no longer wish), “nu sunt interesat” (I am not interested) or “ștergeți numărul” (delete my number).
During the call
Press key 8 at any time. Playback stops, the number is added to the opt-out list, you hear a confirmation message and the call ends. At the consent question you can also press key 2 (NO).
By e-mail
Click NO or the withdrawal link in the e-mail you received, or write to us directly. Please state the phone number or e-mail address at which you no longer wish to be contacted.
By phone
Call us on +40 743 322 426 and tell us the number you no longer want us to contact.
The number we contacted you from, +40 726 356 855, is answered by a robot. Voice messages left there are listened to, but they do not automatically opt the number out. To opt out, please use one of the options on this page.
What happens next
- The number is immediately added to the opt-out list and is no longer contacted on any channel.
- Any request scheduled for that number is stopped.
- We keep the number only in the opt-out list, so that the refusal is also respected in the future. If you ask for your data to be erased, we will explain what we keep and why.
The confirmation message (sent in Romanian; English translation):
We have registered your request. The number will no longer be contacted by Dacian Florin Dedu SRL. Thank you, and have a nice day!
